Pump up your Niacin Needs with Avocado Salad recipe!

If you suspect you experience the following abnormally, then you must have severe niacin deficiency in your diet.
fear
apprehension
excessive worry
suspicion
depression
headaches
insomnia
loss of strength
burning sensations
amoral behavior
sensory dysperception
'strawberry tip' tongue (red at the tip, coated white with midline cracks and dental indentations at the margins)
foul breath
sore mouth
swollen and painful gums
digestive disturbances
excessive gas and poorly-formed foul smelling stools
dermatitis/skin inflammation
abdominal pain
Men need 18 mg of niacin daily while women need 13 mg. Children need a supply of 9-16 mg daily while those taking it as a supplement should take in 50 mg.

This recipe is really awesome.
Avocado Salad
You'll need:
* 2 avocados
* romaine lettuce leaves
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1 clove garlic -- minced
* 1 sprig fresh thyme -- (optional)
* 2/3 cup olive oil
* 1 tablespoon red wine
* 1 tablespoon vinegar
Cut the avocados in half and discard the pit. Scoop out the avocado meat with an ice cream dipper, and shape into little balls. Place them on two plates lined with lettuce leaves. In a small bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients, pour over the avocados, and serve.
